Step 1: Get in touch

Getting started with In2Change support coordination is easy. Simply fill out our online contact form or call or text our friendly team on 0499 915 424. Or, if you prefer, email us at

When you connect with us, it’s a good idea to have your NDIS plan, including your NDIS number, handy and, if required, your nominee details.

Step 2: Let’s get to know each other

We will chat with you about your NDIS plan and personal goals, and explore ways in which we can assist you. This is your chance to see if we are a good fit for you!

Step 3: Service Agreement

If you want to move ahead, we will discuss our Service Agreement with you for your approval.

Our support coordinators are here to work through the Agreement with you, answer your questions, and if necessary, help you complete your details.

Step 4: Lift off!

Our In2Change support coordinator will meet with you at a time and place convenient to you. We will walk you through your plan, ensure you understand what’s in it, and review the supports and resources you could use to help you achieve your goals. Then we get to work!
